This easy-to-make recipe gives us candy bar vibes, but all the sweetness is natural, from our Medjool Dates.
Ingredients:
- 10 Made in Nature Medjool Dates
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 10 roasted almonds (or raw almonds if you prefer to toast them yourself)
- 1/4 cup good quality dark chocolate chopped and melted
How-to:
- Cut a split in the date and remove pit (don't slice all the way through the date)
- Place the almond in the date and "close" the date
- Dip the date in melted chocolate
- Sprinkle or roll in coconut
- Add a chocolate drizzle
- Refrigerate
- Enjoy!
