From April-October all A'cappella and Go Wild items, and Made in Nature Fudge Brownie Minis are shipped on ice via 2-day UPS to ensure they arrive intact. As these products contain real chocolate they are "sensitive" to the warmer temps.

There is an additional charge for shipping through this time period. It is often more cost effective to add additional items to offset the cost per item at the higher shipping rates.

Meltable items are not eligible for Free Shipping from April -October.

We will not ship meltable items to Alaska and Hawaii during this time.

Meltable items are shipped Monday-Wednesday only.

All orders are shipped with UPS Surepost and should arrive in within 4-7 days*.

When the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

When the order is packed and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information. If your order is taking longer than expected or you are having any trouble tracking it, feel free to reach out to consumeraffairs@madeinnature.com with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

All orders to the 48 contiguous states under 9lbs will be shipped via UPS and charged for shipping as follows:

• Orders up to $49.99 = $9.99 shipping w/in the contiguous United States
• Orders $50 and above: Free shipping w/in the contiguous United States

Any order of $100 or more after discounts have been applied will receive free shipping unless a meltable item )A'cappella or Go Wild) in the order.

From April-October, if your order contains an A'cappella or Go Wild item, these items may be shipped separately on ice via UPS 2-day for an additional charge.

• Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii, are shipped via UPS Surepost and will ship in 4-7 days. Shipping rates are calculate at the time of purchase and are equal to the rates charged to us by the carrier. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO ALASKA AND HAWAII addresses.
• We are not able to meltable items to AK/HI from April-October

Shipping to PO Boxes and military addresses is currently unavailable. International shipping is also unavailable through our site, but you can find most of our products available for international shipments through iHerb.com.

Items that are not in stock cannot be added to a cart, but if an item goes out of stock while your order is being processed you will receive an email from customer service asking if you’d like a refund on that item. They may also inform you of the approximate date the product will be back in stock and ask if you’d like to wait until then for your order to be packed and shipped.

Subscription orders will be automatically placed and charged to the credit card registered to the subscriber’s account in the frequency set by the subscriber. After your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with order confirmation. Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information which you can use to see the estimated arrival date and time.
